TRAINING GUIDANCE, NOT MEDICAL CARE

Safety is a stop condition, not fine print.

The app can help structure a training decision. It cannot diagnose, clear, or replace a qualified professional.

For an emergency or severe symptoms: stop activity and contact local emergency services or an appropriate medical professional. Do not wait for an app response.

What readiness guidance means

Readiness categories will be deterministic summaries of member-entered factors such as sleep, energy, stress, soreness, motivation, and selected warning flags. They are not a diagnosis or medical clearance.

Professional restrictions come first

Follow restrictions and return-to-activity guidance from your qualified healthcare or rehabilitation professional. Functional-limit settings in this app are planning inputs, not medical records and not a substitute for individualized care.

Human review before publication

Safety-related event guidance starts unpublished. It must include a source, reviewer, review date, warning signs, and an explicit scope before it can appear as current guidance.

Member control

Members remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed, modify, rest, or seek help. Reported warning signs will interrupt the workout flow and prominently recommend evaluation; the product will not optimize around them.
