PHASE 1 MEMBER EXPERIENCE

Preparation without the noise.

The product is being built as a connected member workflow, with privacy, explainability, and safety boundaries established before sensitive records are introduced.

Plan from the assessment backward

Members will select a reviewed assessment version, timing, events, goals, availability, equipment, and functional limitations. A deterministic planner will produce a versioned schedule with reasons, regressions, progressions, and recovery guardrails.

Log only what is useful

Workout, hydration, nutrition, and readiness flows are designed around structured, range-validated entries and brief notes. The app will not invite medical histories, command records, or unrelated personal details.

Understand progress honestly

Progress views will separate completed work, observed results, and estimates. Projections will include uncertainty and will never be presented as a guaranteed passing score.

Share less, deliberately

Later in Phase 1, members will be able to create an expiring and revocable projection of explicitly selected fields. A share recipient will never receive direct database access or excluded wellness categories.

Current build stage: the secure application foundation, public resource, and account/session boundaries are in place. Member records and planning logic will arrive only with their database constraints and Row-Level Security tests.
